Refund Policy

At Flexn Sole, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be requested.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged through misuse or negligence

  • Personalized or customized products

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@flexnsole.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

  3. Return the item to the provided address (please note: Flexn Sole does not cover return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any customs or duties paid are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing times vary)

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@flexnsole.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After that, the order is processed automatically and cannot be canceled or modified.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

We’ll resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
